★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come sempre una esperienza grandiosa, abbinamenti giusti, qualità nel prodotto e nel servizio. Una location molto carina ma semplice che richiama la tranquillità che si percepisce nei paesi orientali, ogni volta che vado rimango sempre soddisfatto.
Ho portato diversi amici e nessuno è andato via scontento. Roll con riso bianco o nero, abbinamenti di salmone e tartufo, tartare con vari condimenti, sempre qualcosa da scoprire, come sempre lo consiglio e ovviamente ci torno sempre.
Qualità prezzo giusta per quello che offre
 As always, a great experience, right combinations, quality in product and service. A very nice but simple location that recalls the tranquility that is perceived in eastern countries, every time I go I am always satisfied.
I brought several friends and none left unhappy. Roll with white or black rice, combinations of salmon and truffle, tartare with various toppings, always something to discover, as always I recommend it and of course I always go back.
Right price quality for what it offers

Punti positivi:
Bella location, bella atmosfera, ottima presentazione dei piatti, disponibilità a cambiare un piatto sbagliato.
Se cerchi un posto da primo appuntamento qua vai bene.
Punti negativi:
Location difficile da trovare per chi non è della zona, il locale si sposta per estivo e invernale, nella mia esperienza dell'estivo sono rimasto confuso tra il cartello volante fuori e le scritte sul vetro dell'ingresso.
Norme covid non pienamente rispettate: no controllo temperatura, nessun richiamo a chi non indossa la mascherina all'aperto ( ovviamente non mi riferisco a chi mangia o fuma).
Servizio: se non si è pronti ad ordinare, il cameriere non deve insistere e restare li a fissare, la cosa diventa sgradevole, sono stato costretto a prendere cose a caso per la fretta subita dal momento che alla richiesta di ripassare tra qualche minuto la risposta è stata " lo faccio per voi " ( era chiaro che avesse fretta).
Menù: Poche immagini.
Poca scelta per via delle troppe cose inserite nella lista " special " e quindi ordinabili solo 1 per persona.
Non inseriti chiaramente gli allergeni per pietanza, contaminazioni evidenti nei piatti ( negli edamame erano presenti resti di vario tipo) e latticini in pietanze senza ( da ingredienti menù), una persona allergica potrebbe star male.
Qualità: Altalenante, ho mangiato dei gyoza, dei nighiri salmone/tono e gunkan al tartufo davvero squisiti, ma, il salmone nel sashimi non era di buona qualità ( le fette erano sfaldate e avevano un forte gusto di pesce non fresco) idem per gli uramaki semplici.
Prezzo: 26€ a persona più 2€ di coperto a persona con acqua a 2,50€... ECCESSIVO...
Non fanno conti separati a prescindere dal metodo di pagamento.

Positive points:
Nice location, nice atmosphere, excellent presentation of the dishes, willingness to change a wrong dish.
If you are looking for a first date place, you are fine here.
Negative points:
Location difficult to find for those who are not from the area, the place moves for summer and winter, in my summer experience I was confused between the flying sign outside and the writing on the glass of the entrance.
Covid rules not fully respected: no temperature control, no reminder to those who do not wear the mask outdoors (obviously I am not referring to those who eat or smoke).
Service: if you are not ready to order, the waiter must not insist and stand there staring, it becomes unpleasant, I was forced to take things at random due to the haste suffered since the request to review the answer in a few minutes it was "I do it for you" (it was clear that he was in a hurry).
Menu: Few pictures.
Little choice due to too many things included in the "special" list and therefore only 1 per person can be ordered.
Not clearly included the allergens for the dish, evident contaminations in the dishes (in the edamame there were remains of various types) and dairy products in dishes without (from menu ingredients), an allergic person could be ill.
Quality: Fluctuating, I ate some gyoza, salmon / tone nighiri and truffle gunkan really yummy, but, the salmon in the sashimi was not of good quality (the slices were flaking and had a strong taste of not fresh fish) ditto for the simple uramaki.
Price: € 26 per person plus € 2 cover charge per person with water at € 2.50 ... EXCESSIVE ...
They do not do separate accounts regardless of the payment method.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Né top né flop. Location molto bella, sia interna che esterna (attrezzata con zanzariere e ventilatori). Il cibo dipende dalle portate.
Io ho preso 5 piatti:
- pollo teriyaki: salsa molto buona, pollo un po' meno, molti bocconi con del grasso
- tacos ebiten: davvero molto buono e tacos croccante
- tartare tartufo sake: personalmente preferisco la tartare tagliata più fine qui invece i pezzi erano tagliati particolarmente grossi e il sapore di pesce era molto forte, la salsa al tartufo fortunatamente lo copriva ma senza quest'ultima avrei faticato a mangiarlo
- nigiri aburi sake: normale
- gunkan pata balls: non male ma il gusto sembrava più quello di una patate normale, invece di quella dolce e i pezzetti non erano croccanti
Per il dolce avevo scelto il Nutella Roll , pubblicizzato anche nelle storie di WhatsApp in giornata, ma mi è stato comunicato dalla cameriera che era finito (?) pensavo lo facessero al momento visto che non è altro che un uramaki dolce con crepes al cocco e Nutella... Ma tant'è... Mi sono state proposte come alternative i classici dolci da ristorante. Ho scelto la Sacher, buona però era praticamente una mousse al cioccolato con pezzi di albicocca.
Prezzo: alla carta oppure all you can eat a €26+€2 di coperto a persona, l'acqua costa €2,50.
A differenza di altri ristoranti in cui si ordina tutto subito qui si possono ordinare 2 piatti freddi + 1 caldo alla volta. Gli uramaki, i temaki e gli yakiudon sono molto abbondanti, ok al non spreco e al gestire meglio le comande ma ciò mi dà anche l'impressione di cercare di far riempire il cliente per non fargli ordinare molte cose.
Tirando le somme: sushi nella norma, non entusiasmante come avevo letto in certe recensioni.
Neither top nor flop. Very nice location, both indoors and outdoors (equipped with mosquito nets and fans). Food depends on the course.
I took 5 dishes:
- chicken teriyaki: very good sauce, chicken a little less, many bites with some fat
- tacos ebiten: really very good and crunchy tacos
- tartare truffle sake: personally I prefer the finer cut tartare here instead the pieces were cut particularly large and the fish flavor was very strong, the truffle sauce fortunately covered it but without it I would have struggled to eat it
- nigiri aburi sake: normal
- gunkan pata balls: not bad but the taste looked more like a normal potato instead of sweet and the pieces were not crunchy
For the dessert I had chosen the Nutella Roll, also advertised in the WhatsApp stories during the day, but I was informed by the waitress that it was finished (?) I thought they were doing it at the moment since it is nothing more than a sweet uramaki with coconut crepes and Nutella ... But anyway ... I have been offered the classic restaurant desserts as alternatives. I chose the Sacher, good but it was practically a chocolate mousse with apricot pieces.
Price: à la carte or all you can eat for € 26 + € 2 cover charge per person, water costs € 2.50.
Unlike other restaurants where you order everything immediately, here you can order 2 cold dishes + 1 hot at a time. The uramaki, temaki and yakiudon are very abundant, ok not to waste and to better manage the orders but this also gives me the impression of trying to get the customer filled so as not to make him order many things.
Summing up: sushi in the norm, not exciting as I had read in some reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ semplicemente buonissimo e molto fresco. Qualità alta, non certo da all you can eat. L’unico posto in cui ci fidiamo a mangiare il sushi. Proprietà e personale tutto italiano (capirsi con i camerieri non guasta! Gentilissimi)! Consiglio di prenotare perché sempre pieno davvero consigliato

Il pesce era freschissimo, non ho mai usato nemmeno la soia proprio per assaporarne a pieno il gusto.
Il personale e la proprietà sono italiani.
Ristorante numero uno per mangiare giapponese, dopo che mangi qui non vai altrove nemmeno se ti offrono la cena ?
If you want to eat sushi safely without anxiety about raw fish, you are in the right place.
The fish was very fresh, I never even used soy just to fully savor its taste.
The staff and ownership are Italian.
Number one restaurant for Japanese eating, after you eat here you don't go anywhere else even if they offer you dinner ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si prenota solo via whatsapp al numero del ristornate, in modo molto veloce e facile.
Location unica, suggestiva a bordo piscina. Qualità e freschezza , mai mangiato un sushi nemmeno buono la metà.
Ottima formula di presa ordini, si mangia rilassati e senza stress, inoltre il locale non fa doppi turni (non si mangia con il fiato sul collo).
Tutti i piatti sono fatti al momento, e si sente (oltre a vedersi perché è a vista la preparazione).
Provate il loro liquore/sake di prugna che viene direttamente dal Giappone ed e’ buonissimo!!

Unique, suggestive location by the pool. Quality and freshness, never eaten a sushi even half as good.
Excellent formula for taking orders, you eat relaxed and without stress, and the restaurant does not work double shifts (you don't eat with your breath on your neck).
All the dishes are made at the moment, and you can feel it (as well as seeing because the preparation is visible).
Try their plum liqueur / sake which comes directly from Japan and is delicious !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante di sushi adatto soltanto agli amanti dei rolls (che effettivamente sono di buona fattura): sul menù, di fianco a molte categorie di pietanze, figura la scritta “max 1 porzione A SCELTA per persona”.
Ora, capisco la condizione di poter ordinare al massimo una volta le creazioni più elaborate, ma il dover scegliere un’unica tartare fra tutte, od un solo tipo di gunkan, diventa parecchio limitante…
Alcuni piatti, come il sashimi, sembravano di qualità - dico “sembravano”, poiché i miei attuali fastidi intestinali indurrebbero a supporre il contrario - altri, invece, possono solo essere definiti imbarazzanti: tagliolini ai frutti di mare immangiabili, gyoza ancora peggio, palesemente surgelati! “Patate dolci” dei nigiri (che in realtà erano patate normalissime) unte e mollicce, litri di salsa ovunque… insomma, non lo consiglierei! ??
Sushi restaurant suitable only for lovers of rolls (which actually are of good quality): on the menu, next to many categories of dishes, there is the inscription "max 1 portion of your choice per person".
Now, I understand the condition of being able to order the most elaborate creations at most once, but having to choose a single tartare of all, or a single type of gunkan, becomes quite limiting ...
Some dishes, such as sashimi, seemed of quality - I say "they seemed", since my current intestinal discomfort would lead one to suppose otherwise - others, on the other hand, can only be described as embarrassing: noodles with inedible seafood, gyoza even worse, blatantly frozen foods! “Sweet potatoes” of nigiri (which were actually very normal potatoes) greasy and soggy, liters of sauce everywhere… well, I wouldn't recommend it! ??
