★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è troppa ho telefonato per informazioni e mi è stato detto " lei ha mai bevuto champagne?" Non so se questo è il modo di trattare i clienti. Ho telefonato a Mirabella franciacorta invece che è stato da subito gentilissimo e cordiale e mi ha dato tutte le informazioni.
One star is too many I phoned for information and was told "have you ever drank champagne?" I don't know if this is the way to treat customers. I phoned Mirabella Franciacorta instead who was immediately very kind and cordial and gave me all the information.
