Peccato che se uno dei commensali desidera una pizza più classica la cosa sia praticamente impossibile da ottenere: fra la rigidità del menù e quella del personale di servizio al tavolo (che pare quasi offendersi personalmente per richieste più ordinarie) abbiamo lasciato perdere. In Romagna si è abituati a chiedere senza troppi sforzi ed ottenere con generosità. Capiamo che il menù è stato concepito da piemontesi che non sono entrati in quest'ottica. Interesting proposal: a gourmet pizza with quality ingredients and unusual combinations. Too bad that if one of the diners wants a more classic pizza, it is practically impossible to obtain: between the rigidity of the menu and that of the table service staff (who seems to be personally offended by more ordinary requests) we gave up. In Romagna people are used to asking without too much effort and obtaining generously. We understand that the menu was conceived by Piedmontese who have not entered into this perspective.

Rispecchia in toto l'idea che ci eravamo fatti vedendolo Siamo stati ieri sera a cena ed abbiamo mangiato due pizze, una Margherita me ed una con nduja per mio marito. Pizza davvero squisita, leggera e digeribilissima. Forse l'unica volta che non ci siamo alzati a bere dopo la pizzeria. Per non parlare della birra artigianale, davvero buona. Personale gentilissimo e servizio veloce. Mi sento di fare i miei più sinceri complimenti Really nice and suggestive place ... Birre artigianali e servizio top. An evening with old friends. Yummy pizzas and fantastic desserts. Finally a place that has its own menu. For fine palates, but not only. Craft beers and top service.

Sie sind aber sehr freundlich, ich habe des hier gegessen, irgendwas mit Kartofell und Mozzarella It was very good, 1 star deduction for an Italian menu card only, you can't translate it correctly. Ma la cosa che veramente ottima sono la scelta di materi prime di una qualità superiore rispetto alla media. ogni singolo ingrediente viene ben bilanciato e risulta molto gradevole al palato. Lo consiglio a pieni voti. Really a nice surprise the place is very nice and well cared for the very kind staff. But the really good thing is the choice of raw materials of a higher quality than the average. every single ingredient is well balanced and is very pleasant on the palate. I recommend it with flying colors.

Davvero diverso dal solito, saporito e gustoso (mi hanno spiegato è fatto con tre tipi di carni diverse tra cui anatra). Buonissima anche la pasta fatta in casa e la pizza gourmet. Location molto ben curata sul porto di Gabicce. Ottimi anche i dolci, la mia torta alla nocciola era fantastica :) Assolutamente cosigliato I have never tasted such a good ragu in my life! Really different from the usual, tasty and tasty (they explained to me it is made with three different types of meat including duck). Homemade pasta and gourmet pizza are also delicious. m	manuel mercatali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente un ristorante che più che ristorante è un luogo dove scoprire e affinare la consapevolezza che sulla terra esistono cibi, ingredienti e abbinamenti che dovrebbero stuzzicare ogni volta che ci sediamo a tavola la nostra curiosità di provare novità al di fuori dei soliti cibi che consumiamo abitualmente. Bello il locale, bella la location, bella la gente che qui lavora con passione. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità delle materie prime e i metodi di preparazione. Prima volta nella vita che abbiamo mangiato la pizza...e che pizza...abbinandola su loro consiglio a un ottimo vino rosso. Bravi!! Finally a restaurant that more than a restaurant is a place to discover and refine the awareness that on the earth there are foods, ingredients and combinations that should tease every time we sit at the table our curiosity to try new things outside of the usual foods that we usually consume . The place is beautiful, the location is beautiful, the people here work with passion. Prices absolutely in line with the quality of the raw materials and the preparation methods. First time in life we ate pizza ... and what pizza ... combining it on their advice with a great red wine. Well done !!
