Non manca nulla, per i fumatori nessun problema, è presente una vasta scelta di prodotti da regalo, da prestigiosi alcolici, a ciccolato di altissima qualità. Chiamo per comunicare la sorpresa e la signora maleducata e saccente mi risponde che nella calza si mette il carbone. In quella kinder? Manomettendo il prodotto? Cara signora visto che come mi duce sono 40 anni che confeziona calze evolve il modo di lavorare. Oggi esistono persone con tante allergie alimentari e un prodotto lei non si può permettere di cambiare. Poi anche se alla fine mi ha detto che mi avrebbe cambiato il prodotto no si tratta così un cliente quando l'errore è stato fatto da lei e non da chi ha acquistato. Cosa vuol dire la frase : non ti ho dato un prodotto scadente? Lei mi ha venduto un prodotto manomesso. Perché nella calza kinder ha tolto un articolo e ne ha messo quello che riteneva lei giusto senza avvisare. Dato che sulle calze kinder dovrebbe esserci l'etichetta con gli articoli che contiene. Dopo 40 anni si aggiorni con quello che si può fare e no. Il carbone lo faccia comprare a chi lo vuole comprare.
