Inizio col dire che ho avuto una splendida esperienza :) Elisa mi ha avvisato della mancanza di un volume e mi ha offerto un rimborso; il pacco era perfettamente imballato e i manga in perfetto stato. Non posso che ringraziare L'Approdo del Re per avermi fatto trovare i volumi italiani di happiness, ormai introvabili, a prezzo normale. La spedizione è stata veloce. I bought on their site. Ho effettuato un ordine di vari funko pop in preorder, pagato con bonifico, dopo molti mesi mi è stato comunicato che per problemi con il fornitore non potevano più garantire la disponibilità dei prodotti acquistati né quindi rispettare la data di consegna, dunque ci siamo accordati per il rimborso. Da qui sono iniziati i problemi: inizialmente mi hanno detto che appena possibile avrebbero effettuato il rimborso con paypal o con bonifico; dopo svariate settimane ho sollecitato e mi è stato risposto che avrebbero provveduto al più presto a rimborsarmi con bonifico ed il giorno dopo mi inviano uno screen del bonifico effettuato, i dati corrispondono e sembra essere tutto in ordine, ma stranamente quel bonifico non mi è mai arrivato e tutti i solleciti successivi sono passati inosservati, o meglio messaggi visualizzati ma nessuna risposta. Quindi in sostanza non solo non ho avuto né i prodotti né il rimborso, ma sono stata presa totalmente in giro dato che, nella migliore delle ipotesi, hanno annullato il bonifico subito dopo averlo effettuato solo per mandarmi lo screen... Vi consiglio di tenervi alla larga da questi truffatori Super bad experience !!! Il negozio è anche abbastanza rifornito: tra fumetti di ogni genere e di varie nazionalità, action figure, funko pop, gadget e molto altro ancora, avrete solo l'imbarazzo della scelta... in alternativa ci sarà sempre il loro sito a darvi una mano nella ricerca quando non potrete andarci fisicamente. Deve farmi un rimborso di ben 200 euro da più di 3 mesi ma non si degna nemmeno di rispondere al telefono. Come ho smesso di essere accomodante ha semplicemente smesso di rispondere a chiamate/messaggi. Stiamo organizzando una bella denuncia con tutte le persone truffate da questa persona! Anche per chi avesse avuto un' esperienza positiva dico, davvero volete dare soldi ad una persona che truffa la gente? Io non credo.

Inoltre è sempre piena di prodotti, grazie anche alla mole di ordini (spesso anche con prodotti specifici chiesti dai clienti stessi).
