Una domanda, ci sono i fumetti della serie "Amazing Spider-Man"?

I bought a statue on Ebay. It was delivered to me in Germany. The statue was broken on arrival. I took some photos and sent them to this seller. The photos showed the damage very clear. As they accepted the return, I sent it back. After they received the broken statue they immediately wrote and insulted me by suspecting me trying to trick them. They claimed that I had broken the statue by myself. So they refused to refund me. They have no proof for that insult. The only claim they make is, that the box and package are undamaged. They ignore, that both of the parts which were broken loose are very fragile. This was not my first purchase of a collectible statue made of "polystone" or something else. And I have already received damaged statues in the past - like Flame of Udun from WETA Sideshow or Aliens APC M577 from Hollywood Collectibles. No seller did ever doubt that such things can happen, except this one. I consider this behavior as very untrustworthy. They insult claiming customers. They don't deliver any proofs for their statements. They disregard European customer law and ignore there duty to proof that the statue was not broken when it arrived at my home. But the worst thing in my opinion is, that, instead of discussing the problem and trying to find a unified solution, they start with insulting me and impute me bad intentions. I don't trust them. Edit due to their answer: As you can see in their answer, their communication level is quite low and again insulting. Just because it always went well, that does not mean that there can't be a firsttime when it does not. How can they be sure that the statue was intact when it was sealed like they say in their answer below? They couldn't have a look on the statue. That makes no sense at all. The damage can be a production failure or occured when it was shipped to them. I never blamed them for false handling. But as you can see, they were never interested in solving the problem. Since their first message and line they were blaming an insulting me. Low level communication, insulting and uttering unproven statements is all they do in this case. Today everyone thinks he can sell. Complaint management has to be learned. Due to their last comment: They still have no proof that I have broken the item. They just state it. Repeat: Just because one has never experienced something it does not mean it can't happen. If they can tell why it is absolut impossible that the statue, which was sealed and therefore not visible, undamaged when they got it or shipped it or arrived at me I will take everything back. Go ahead and enlighten us. In which way am I insulting them? By quoting that they communicate on a low level when writing "bla...bla"? They have been offensive from the beginning on. Not only because they state I want to trick them. They state it, but they acctually don't know. And that is enough for them to be rude and impolite. As you can see on the pictures, which I have sent to them during my claim, the statue isn't broken in half. There a two fragile pieces loose. Obviously they don't tell the truth again when claiming the statue is broken in half. Here is my proof. Since they asked, here is my question of the century: Who sees a statue broken in half? I reported the case to Ebay and got refunded...thats all folks...
