 Beautiful and functional product. But it is really but. Electronic card to be changed twice. Never a response from the factory. Well designed but bad. After 8 years in which 4 total change operations. Don't talk to me anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata piastra teppanyaki FULGOR dopo molte ricerche scegliendo di prendere quella presentata di maggior valore. Bene dopo 15 minuti di primo utilizzo e 2 ore di tentativi di pulizia seguendo le istruzioni il risultato è che la piastra è tutta macchiata. Contattati mi hanno risposto che su macchie più o meno grandi si possono formare ma su internet si possono trovare molti suggerimenti (che evidentemente non hanno ritenuto di inserire nelle istruzioni e che comunque non funzionano sulla loro piastra). per prodotti di cosi alto valore meglio cercare altrove

Purchased FULGOR teppanyaki plate after much research, choosing to take the one presented with the highest value. Well after 15 minutes of first use and 2 hours of cleaning attempts following the instructions the result is that the plate is all stained. Contacted they replied that on more or less large spots they can form but on the internet you can find many suggestions (which obviously they did not consider to include in the instructions and which in any case do not work on their plate). for products of such high value it is better to look elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very dissatisfied with the Fulgor-Milano brand. My dishwasher had a significant electrical failure (melting a 13 amp electrical connector from the heater) after 3 years of operation. Local rep doesn't carry parts for the dishwasher and now waiting for parts from Italy (11 weeks now). That's really unacceptable, if you carry a brand you need to carry parts too. I would not recommend buying this brand in Canada.
