Finalmente sono riuscito ad organizzare una visita nello stabilimento di produzione toccando con mano la realizzazione di alcuni importanti semilavorati utilizzati in gelateria (paste oleose come nocciola e pistacchio). Personale gentile, professionale e molto disponibile per qualsiasi spiegazione o curiosità da soddisfare. Lavorazioni artigianali di altissimo livello tecnico. Esperienza molto positiva.
I have been a customer of this historic company of products for ice cream and pastry for many years. Finally I managed to organize a visit to the production plant, touching first hand the creation of some important semi-finished products used in ice cream (oily pastes such as hazelnut and pistachio). Kind, professional and very helpful staff for any explanation or curiosity to satisfy. Craftsmanship of the highest technical level. Very positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pima di decantare i loro prodotti dovrebbero imparare a gestire i rapporti con le persone. Diffidate se vi invitano a visitare l'azienda: se non siete pronti a stipulare un contratto di qualche centinaio di migliaia di euro vi mettono alla porta. Davvero pessimi, peccato che la valutazione minima sia una stella perché non meritano nemmeno quella.
Pima to decant their products should learn to manage relationships with people. Be wary if they invite you to visit the company: if you are not ready to enter into a contract of a few hundred thousand euros they put you at the door. Really bad, too bad that the minimum rating is a star because they don't deserve even that.
