★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the products even those which doesn't cost alot, are of good quality, my family members love Dal Toscano collections, we do shopping personally there.
I had a small issue with an order online, where the products were a bit damaged , since I was in a hurry it was a bit awkward situation.
Though the staff was very professional, I informed them by e mail, and very soon with apologies I was offered a refund or exchange, which I exchanged with some beautiful coffee cups.
The quality of products and the selections are excellent, it also gives the choice of various prices to fit all occations and pockets.
