★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato per tapparella elettrica malfunzionante,al primo intervento sistemano una guida,mi dicono che il motore fa fatica, dopo una settimana si guasta,lo faccio cambiare e mi accorgo che la tapparella sale lentamente: mi viene detto che il motore non è come quello originale solo dopo l installazione.
Dopo due mesi sono punto e a capo, la tapparella incespica e si incastra: al terzo controllo sembra che il problema siano le stecche.
Non capisco perché non sia stata fatta subito una sostituzione totale,forse perché sistemando un pezzo alla volta io continuo a pagare ore di lavoro e cmq ad oggi sono punto e a capo.
Non mi aspetto davvero un simile trattamento.
Called for a malfunctioning electric shutter, at the first intervention they fix a guide, they tell me that the motor is struggling, after a week it breaks down, I have it changed and I realize that the shutter goes up slowly: I am told that the motor is not like the original one only after installation.
After two months I am point and head, the shutter trips and gets stuck: at the third check it seems that the problem is the slats.
I do not understand why a total replacement was not made immediately, perhaps because by arranging one piece at a time I continue to pay hours of work and cmq to date I am full stop.
I don't really expect such treatment.
