★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza (per almeno 2-3 contatti avuti) è di accoglienza telefonica inadeguata, evidentemente non esiste attenzione o una procedura che istruisca su come raccogliere e rispondere alle esigenze del cliente. Risposte vaghe ed indefinite sui tempi di intervento, sia per la riparazione che per l'offerta di nuovi impianti. Evidentemente avere nuovi clienti per alcuni è un problema Allora posi il telefono e cerchi qualcun'altro.
My experience (for at least 2-3 contacts) is of inadequate telephone reception, evidently there is no attention or a procedure that instructs on how to collect and respond to customer needs. Vague and indefinite answers on intervention times, both for repairs and for the offer of new plants. Obviously having new customers is a problem for some. Then you put the phone down and look for someone else.
