Atteso molto ma soddisfatto
my first review was bad, after the assistance intervention I have to change my mind. Impeccable assistance, even more than necessary as the cleaning of the truly impeccable professional and fast radiators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' da quasi due anni che ci siamo affidati alla frigomeccanica per rinnovare il nostro locale, e dopo nemmeno 5 mesi di utilizzo di un banco frigo, ha iniziato a dare i primi segni di "cedimento" con formazione di ghiaccio sul radiatore. l' abbiamo fatto presente al rivenditore, che ci ha mandato degli assistenti i quali MOMENTANEAMENTE ci hanno "risolto" il problema, il quale, si è poi ripresentato dopo nemmeno un mese. Non è possibile che un banco NUOVO abbia riscontrato problemi dopo così poco tempo... ha subito ben 4 riparazioni e ogni volta sono spese per le nostre tasche. IL BANCO è DIFETTOSO e abbiamo il diritto di averne uno nuovo o che venga risolto il problema una volta e per sempre. Lo abbiamo pagato ed è un nostro diritto poterne usufruire. Ci ha causato gia' troppi danni, facendo danneggiare molti prodotti successivamente buttati.
Sconsiglio vivamente di affidarvi a tale società.
For almost two years we have relied on frigomeccanica to renovate our restaurant, and after not even 5 months of using a refrigerated counter, it has begun to show the first signs of "failure" with ice forming on the radiator. we mentioned it to the retailer, who sent us assistants who at once "solved" the problem, which then reappeared after less than a month. It is not possible that a NEW bench has encountered problems after such a short time ... it has undergone 4 repairs and each time it is spent on our pockets. THE BENCH IS DEFECTIVE and we have the right to have a new one or that the problem is solved once and forever. We paid for it and it is our right to use it. It has already caused us too much damage, causing damage to many products subsequently thrown away.
I strongly advise against relying on this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo prodotto e pessima assistenza !!!Ho comprato 2 vetrine per pasticceria ( Le Trecce - 00012 Guidonia Montecelio ) modello stiltek tramite Officina64 srl . Un bellissimo prodotto esteticamente ma pessimo come funzionalità : crea condensa e sportelli non idonei cosicché i prodotti subiscono alterazioni già dopo 6ore di esposizione . La parte peggiore è che nessuno si assume la responsabilità e non ho ricevuto assistenza dopo 11mesi di continue richieste .
