Tra 100 pizzeria, li piazzo senza dubbio nei primi posti della top ten? Good guys, rustic or home-style as you like ... but the fried / baked pizzas and panzerotti are absolutely among the best in Bari! Among 100 pizzerias, I undoubtedly place them in the first places of the top ten

Mentre, a distanza di pochi mesi, ho ritrovato un luogo totalmente diverso, sovraffollato e con personale scortese. La zampina e le bombette erano praticamente crude, i panini mi arrivarono uno a distanza di 15 minuti dall'altro. Ma il peggio è stato quando, nel mostrare la carne cruda a chi di dovere, sono stato quasi deriso. L'olio che è sgocciolato sulla pizza era talmente tanto che ha praticamente rovinato l'impasto e inoltre, siccome era una pizza d'asporto il cartone si è completamente intriso di olio. Un disastro! The oil that dripped on the pizza was so much that it practically ruined the dough and furthermore, since it was a take-away pizza, the cardboard was completely soaked with oil. A disaster!

Per quel tipo di sistemazione..... Non abbiamo apprezzato anche il fatto che, ancora nel 2021, non vengano accettate carte di credito o denaro elettronico in pagamento, sembra di trovarsi nel terzo mondo...il personale, inoltre, manipola denaro contante e alimenti senza un'idonea pulizia...spiace dirlo, ma questo è inammissibile.... soprattutto in periodi come questo The pizza was light and thin, perhaps too thin, for our taste. È la prima volta che potevo mangiare una pizza on the road. Irena, la proprietaria e suo marito hanno iniziato da poco questa attività ambulante. Io ho preso una pizza chiusa, le mozzarelle tagliate e sfilacciate a mano, fresche, danno un contributo ottimo alla pizza. Su richiesta vengono a domicilio per arricchire le feste.
