Piatti realizzati sul momento, con ingredienti ricercati e presentati in un bel packaging. si può mangiare sul posto (senza servizio al tavolo essendo un take away) o portare via. Complimenti! Secondo me le porzioni sono giuste, non mi sono sentita strapiena quando ho finito di mangiare ma non ho avuto fame per tutto il pomeriggio! Frico excellent and with many variations. Il frico, con l'aggiunta di tutti i sapori del Friuli (pestât, pitina, sclopit, ...), o di erbe che lo alleggeriscono, o insaporiscono (menta, zafferano, curry, ...), per la gioia dei curiosi di gusti diversi. Prezzi in linea (anche di meno, in realtà!) con la squallida insalatona mais e tonno a pranzo, ma con un mare di sapori, tutti da scoprire. Ci vai una volta e ci vuoi tornare. Ah, e te lo consegnano caldo in ufficio, se non hai voglia di alzarti dalla sedia... Great. Il locale non lo si riesce ad inquadrare, da un lato vuole offrire un servizio finger food, giustamente senza il servizio al tavolo, ma si vuole giustificare il prezzo con la dicitura gourmé. Il paragone con un trancio di pizza stride, ma paragonando i costi tra due tranci di pizza ed una bibita con una porzione di frico e bibita, per 4 persone, è impietoso. Si può mangiare sul posto o per asporto. Noto che le posate sono biodegradabili e le confezioni reciclabili. Tutti gentilissimi. Ci tornerò di sicuro The frico is made properly, crispy and tasty. Ci sono vari gusti di frico, da quello classico con o senza cipolla, a quelli più particolari come salsiccia e radicchio rosso e molti altri.
