★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfetto! Perfekt! Perfect! Owner is an amazing and gracious host. Our trip to Italy would have been incomplete without this visit. Absolutely first class accomodations. The wine from their vineyard is excellent. Wish I would have stayed more than two nights!

The castle is fantastically well maintained, excellently staffed and I will definitely return when I'll be near Bolzano again.
There is plenty of parking (it's difficult to get here or from here without your own car), good Wi-Fi and an amazing breakfast waiting for you every morning. The location itself has a lot of halls, a lot of sitting rooms and it is perfect for private events. It combines the classic and the modern, with it's furniture, decorations and cozy appearance. I would recommend at least a 3-night stay in order to properly explore the premises. It does feel like you're living in an escape room. Don't forget to visit the library on the top tower.
I'm not sure about all the suites, but the one we've had (Tobias II) has a hugely comfortable bed, nice views around the castle, a huge bathroom and a very useful kitchenette.
Needless to say, everything in the room was spotless.
Their customer service is on point, filling us in on every question we've had and even shipping back home a small item we forgot in the room.
Definitely worth it!
