Per venirne a capo mi hanno rinviato di settimana in settimana senza spiegarmi il motivo; ogni volta venivano appuntati i miei contatti su un block notes perché avrebbero dovuto "farmi sapere" ma puntualmente nessuno mi ha mai chiamato. Peraltro nessuno mi ha spiegato perché sono stato risarcito solo per una parte del valore della camicia e nessuno mi ha mai consegnato un regolamento sul quale leggere che in caso di smarrimento avrebbero applicato una decurtazione del 40% sul valore del capo di abbigliamento. Sono arrivato in lavanderia alle 19:55 e mi viene detto “no, ormai ho fatto la chiusura fiscale, deve tornare domattina.” Al mio replicare ha avuto la faccia tosta di dire “eh ma io le avevo detto alle 19:50” con voce evidentemente tremolante in quanto sicuramente si è ricordata della conversazione, quindi avrà riconosciuto l’errore, spero, il tutto davanti a due testimoni che erano con me in macchina durante la conversazione. Una maglia sudata me l hano ridata tale e quale. (Se una lavanderia non sa togliere le macchie comunissime di sudore beh, dedicatevi ad altro). Giubbottino d'oca: fili tirati, niente rimborso e osano dire che non sono stati loro; beh certo, io ho pagato 7 euro per portarmi indietro il giubbotto e tirare i fili! Che matta! State alla larga e se volete tenervi buoni i vestiti andate da lavanderie professionali, si paga di più ma si sa, la serietà non è monoprezzo. If I could, zero stars. E	Emanuele Pedrollo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi è stato strappato il giubbotto, purtroppo non ho evidenza dello stato dello stesso prima di lasciarlo alla lavanderia, in più il lavaggio risulta grossolano sulle maniche e oltre ad essere strappato si presenta ancora sporco qua e là, non consiglio né tornerò in futuro. my jacket was torn, unfortunately I have no evidence of the state of the same before leaving it at the laundry, plus the washing is coarse on the sleeves and in addition to being torn it is still dirty here and there, I do not recommend or return in the future.
