p	piera traviglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conosco professionalmente il Signor Claudio, ma la mia esperienza seppur brevissima la devo raccontare..premetto di non essere mai stata trattata così da nessun altro parrucchiere .spiego brevemente..ho fissato con lui un appuntamento, solo che ho sbagliato a capire l'orario andando 2 ore dopo..cosa che può succedere a chiunque.. credevo mi fissasse un nuovo appuntamento, invece con fare molto infastidito e arrabbiato mi ha risposto in cattivo modo, voltandomi le spalle ed ignorandomi..sono rimasta senza parole, gli avrei voluto dire che pecca veramente di educazione, ma ho evitato dato che nel salone c'erano altre clienti..perché mi ritengo una persona educata..cmq di sicuro una cosa e' certa "ha perso una potenziale cliente". Come ultima cosa dico solamente, che fondamentalmente alla base di tutto, in questo lavoro ci deve essere il rispetto e l'educazione poi tutto il resto..spero le possa servire da lezione x le prossime clienti... I do not know Mr. Claudio professionally, but I have to tell my experience, albeit very short, ... I promise that I have never been treated like this by any other hairdresser. I explain briefly ... I made an appointment with him, only I was wrong to understand the time going 2 hours later .. something that can happen to anyone .. I thought he would set me a new appointment, but with a very annoyed and angry response he answered me in a bad way, turning his back and ignoring me .. I was left speechless, I would have it meant that it really lacks education, but I avoided since there were other customers in the salon..because I consider myself a polite person..cmq for sure one thing is certain "he lost a potential client". As a last thing I only say, that basically at the base of everything, in this work there must be respect and education then everything else ... I hope it can serve as a lesson for future clients ...

Sono stata accolta da personale gentilissimo e ho ricevuto un trattamento impeccabile. Un salone veramente qualificato che consiglio vivamente di provare. Spero di poterci tornare prestissimo alla mia prossima occasione in città! Being on vacation in Patti I needed a twist for a wedding. I turned to this salon by chance, finding myself passing by. I was greeted by very kind staff and received impeccable treatment. A truly qualified salon that I highly recommend trying. Hope to be back soon on my next chance in town!
