Locale affascinante nel bel mezzo dei vitigni. Offre hotel, campo da golf e ristorante (una stella Michelin). Ho avuto l'occasione di provarlo a cena e ammetto che è stato ineccepibile. Menù ricco, piatti belli da vedere e buoni da mangiare, staff giovane e sempre attento.

Situato nel resort Reva a Monforte d'Alba, questo ristorante si è subito preso la notorietà in zona, complice la supervisione del celebre chef francese Yannick Alleno. Cucina raffinata che stacca nettamente dai canoni langaroli della concorrenza, i piatti sono di una pulizia impressionante ed è per questo che raggiungono un campionato differente. Poi la location aiuta, ma qui la cucina non ha nulla da invidiare ai cugini d'oltralpe.

Esperienza divina in questo ristorante stellato. Prenotato da un amico principalmente per una degustazione, tra l’altro di altissimo livello, infatti il ristorante si trova nel resort Rèva, cantina di vini eccezionale. Ristorante completamente per noi, in quanto era il giorno di chiusura, ma per un gruppo di 8 persone è rimasto aperto con menu fisso che porterò nelle foto. Tutte e 4 le portate sono state meravigliose, ma quella che mi ha commosso è stata la phitivier agnello foie gras e riduzione al Barolo veramente da applausi, basta pensare che finito tutti il secondo me abbiamo ordinati altri 5. Complimenti anche allo staff sempre molto disponibili anche se eravamo un pochino rumorosi viste le varie degustazioni. Ci tornerò sicuramente al 100% ed ovviamente lo consiglio a chiunque passi in Langa

Excelent experience!

We had dinner with my wife last night. The location is outstanding, second to none with one of the most beatiful views from the terrace. Service is very good with very attentive waiters. We got 3 or 4 small extra amuse bouche. All very tasty. I took the di la menu (fish, 115 €). For my wife they modified the vegetarian one and made it vegan (95 €). In both cases 4 dishes (starter, primo, secondo and dessert). My main complain is the cost and some of the dishes. For example my aperitivo was a glass of contratto sparkling wine. They charged 12 € and served less than 0.1 l. I took the wine pairing for 60 € including 4 glasses. I got nice wines, well selected but extremely few, around of 0.1 l of very inexpensive wines. For example i got a glass of reva barolo 2017 which they produce (the restaurant is in the reva resort). The bottle sells for around 35€ and i paid for a 0.1 glass 15€. My starter was not so tasty and extremely small. My first pasta dish was very good and my main fish dish was excellent and cooked to perfection. After that we got a pre dessert in the kitchen, which was nice. However we finished on a very very low note with a very bad main dessert made of gelly and canned peach. We were very disappointed. In the end instead of the typical small chocolates we got some brioche. I personally did not like it. In all it was a rather averge very expensive experience and i would not come back or recommend it. In the area there are way better alternatives like Massimo Camia and Davide Paluda (both 1 star with way more courses for the price) and Antica Corona Reale (2 stars with menus around 110). Update, considering the answer from the owner below i want to state that i did not have twice the first wine and that i only had twice the Barolo thanks to a very nice waiter. I do not appreciate the inaccurate comment from the Fre restaurant below. Also i do not think i had 0.15 l of any wine (asides from the Barolo) and particularly not of the sparkling wine.

Excellent experience, highly recommended! Delicious food, great wine menu & perfect service sparked by „unexpected invites“ - don‘t want to reveal too much. :-) we‘ve had a really perfect night, thank you!

Never had such an experience of food, drinks and setting in my life. We've been to some special restaurants in Belgium where we used to gastronomic dining but ristorante FRE is another level. It's only a matter of time until they get the second Michelin star. And the sommelier will do everything to make your night special. Must do in your life! Greetings Thibau and Lara

Very chic find in Piemonte for a different kind of experience. Fantastic Menu, lots of truffel nicely presented with very attentive staff – perfect for an important family Birthday in a modern but romantic atmosphere.
