Chiedendo cosa fosse successo e come mai, mi è stato risposto che sono troppo delicate, che dato che avevano uno striscio (veramente colpa mi) anche l’altro stivale dove la pelle presentava microabrasioni su tutto lo stivale, era colpa mia e avrei dovuto usarle in modo diverso. Sono quindi totalmente da buttare, e mi hanno mandato via malamente. Poco più avanti nella strada c’è un negozio di qualità molto più alta e disponibili a sistemare le scarpe dopo anni di utilizzo. I bought here several times, trusting the name and quality, the last one I got a pair of winter shoes that got ruined on second use only in places like a restaurant. Asking what had happened and why, I was told that they are too delicate, that since they had a smear (really my fault) also the other boot where the leather had micro-abrasions all over the boot, it was my fault and I should have used them in a different way. They are therefore totally to be thrown away, and they sent me away badly. A little further down the road there is a shop of much higher quality and available to fix the shoes after years of use.

Forse non si ricordano che le si usano per camminare. Vorrei aggiungere titolare molto scortese. A 100 metri si trova altro produttore molto più disponibile e con scelta più variegata. After a few uses of a 160 € pair of shoes (as the owner was keen to point out) they were ruined by ungluing the skin, when asked what could be done the answer was throw them away because their shoes are delicate. Maybe they don't remember that they are used for walking. I would like to add very rude owner. At 100 meters there is another producer much more available and with a more varied choice.
