We have 2 french bulldogs with very specific needs regarding food (because of allergies), and we managed to find 2 great different kinds of food that worked really well for our dogs (it's been more than a week of testing already; usually we know on day 2 or 3 that the food wasn't good). The man who sold us the products was really friendly and helpful, he explained everything about the composition of the foods (in English even). I asked for a product (medication) they didn't have there, but he even told me where I could find it and gave me directions. We became regulars of this store, I definitely recommend it, it's the best one regarding the service here in Pavia and surroundings.
