Ho chiamato telefonicamente per sapere se avessero la disponibilità di un determinato tipo di crocchette, consigliatemi dal veterinario per risolvere problemi di intolleranze del mio cane, e la risposta è stata testualmente "Può rivolgersi al supermercato, noi trattiamo marche migliori".
Ognuno è in diritto di avere le proprie opinioni su un prodotto, ma ciò non dovrebbe mai pregiudicare il rispetto e la cordialità verso gli altri, soprattutto se clienti. Con dispiacere, non ci metterò piede.
I turned to their shop because it was recommended to me by friends. I called by phone to find out if they had the availability of a certain type of kibble, advise me from the vet to solve problems with my dog's intolerances, and the answer was verbatim "You can go to the supermarket, we treat better brands".
Everyone has the right to have their own opinions on a product, but this should never compromise respect and friendliness towards others, especially customers. With regret, I will not set foot there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio sito in pieno centro, comodo da raggiungere anche in auto con la possibilità di sostare, se si è fortunati, proprio davanti al negozio. Non avendo animali non conosco l'attività ma dall'esterno sembra essere abbastanza fornito di tutto ciò che ai piccoli vostri amici possa servire.
Shop located in the center, easy to reach by car with the possibility of stopping, if you are lucky, right in front of the shop. Having no pets, I don't know the activity but from the outside it seems to be sufficiently equipped with everything your little friends could need.
