Pessimo trattamento, maleducati e scortesi, soprattutto la Sig.ra Stefania Pietrelli che, dopo avere confermato un ordine di una porta di ricambio, necessaria a causa di un allagamento, non si è più fatta sentire e peggio ancora non ha mai risposto alle mie numerose richiesta di aggiornamenti, considerato che l'ordine risale a Febbraio 2021 e io sto scrivendo oggi 07 Novembre 2021.
Si sono fatti di nebbia forse perchè la consegna di una sola porta non interessa poi così tanto anche se per Noi avere la stessa porta di quelle acquistate inizialmente sarebbe stato importante.
Comportamento vergognoso, assistenza negata, AZIENDA INAFFIDABILE !!
SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR
Bad treatment, rude and rude, especially Mrs. Stefania Pietrelli who, after confirming an order for a replacement door, necessary due to a flood, no longer made herself heard and, worse still, never answered my numerous request for updates, considering that the order dates back to February 2021 and I am writing today 07 November 2021.
They are made of fog, perhaps because the delivery of a single door is not of much interest even if for us having the same door as those originally purchased would have been important.
Shameful behavior, assistance denied, UNRELIABLE COMPANY !!
