Sono passata 10 volte per ritirarlo, diverse volte mi è stato detto che era nel furgone e l'avreste consegnato all'indirizzo che vi avevo lasciato e non è venuto nessuno. Dopo 2 mesi mi è stato detto che il pezzo che avevate ordinato non andava bene e ho perso altre 2 settimane per riaverlo esattamente come l'avevo lasciato.
I left you an electrical transformer in late July. I went 10 times to collect it, several times I was told it was in the van and you would deliver it to the address I left you and no one came. After 2 months I was told that the piece you ordered was not right and I lost another 2 weeks to get it back exactly as I left it.

Quando dite che mi richiamerete fatelo così uno si sa regolare.
I called at least 6 times for a problem on one of your systems, if you cannot intervene, say it clearly, I also work and I am busy obviously I would have paid. A month without connection and children in DAD now I have solved it by myself. When you say you will call me back, do it so one knows how to be regular.
