Passa la prima settimana dopo i 7 giorni e mi dicono che non fanno in tempo nella settimana corrente, tutto spostato alla prossima. La settimana successiva chiamo il lunedi e il signore con cui parlo infastidito mi assicura che la macchina sarà ritirata entro la settimana. Fine settimana lo stesso signore mi chiama dicendomi: PURTROPPO NON POSSIAMO RITIRARE LA SUA MACCHIANA FORSE LA PROSSIMA SETTIMANA. Per la mia esperienza scarsissima professionalità e sincerità. I call for the collection of a new car in Perugia and they assure me the collection within 7 days, taking care to register the car and insurance. The first week after the 7 days passes and they tell me they don't make it on time in the current week, all moved to the next. The following week I call on Monday and the gentleman with whom I speak annoyed assures me that the car will be collected within the week. Weekend the same gentleman calls me saying: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT COLLECT HIS MACHINE MAYBE THE NEXT WEEK. For my experience very little professionalism and sincerity.

A dir poco vergognoso... Loro ti rispondono che nn si prendono responsabilità di quanto contenuto nell auto, ma comunque le chiavi le hanno in mano i loro autisti ed è comunque gente che lavora con loro %! A mai più sconsiglio vivamente I had a transport done, in the trunk I had put an inflatable pool and a gift for my niece in an envelope, at the time of collection there was nothing .... Shameful to say the least ... They answer you that they do not take responsibility of what is contained in the car, but in any case the keys are held by their drivers and it is still people who work with them%! I strongly advise against never again

G	Gianluca Campisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispettano gli impegni presi, dopo aver preso i soldi mi richiamano il giorno prima dicendo che la macchina non possono portala a Torino ma sì fermeranno a Milano.. oppure il trasporto verrà rimandato di 2 settimane. Io ho pagato per un servizio.. non è una cortesia che mi stanno facendo! Allora mi avrebbero potuto fare uno sconto! Oppure mi avvisavano prima e mi sarei cercato un altro trasportatore. Mai più!! They do not respect the commitments made, after having taken the money they call me back the day before saying that they cannot take the car to Turin but they will stop in Milan .. or the transport will be postponed for 2 weeks. I paid for a service .. it is not a courtesy that they are doing me! Then they could have given me a discount! Or else they warned me first and I would look for another transporter. Never again!!
