Bertone accettò di cuore di aiutarci, agli inizi, e per sempre ne saremo riconoscenti a Loro. Ancora oggi, godiamo di questa vera "Caverna del tesoro" di Albisola, qui si trovano le ultime novità riguardanti l'hotellerie di qualità, e troviamo sempre dei proprietari e dipendenti, pronti a venire in controalle Nostre richieste. My place, the Mosè Restaurant, opened in 1977. It was also thanks to Bertone, that my parents managed to venture into the world of Catering, coming from that of the "bar". Bertone heartily agreed to help us in the beginning, and we will be forever grateful to them. Even today, we enjoy this real "Treasure Cave" of Albisola, here you will find the latest news regarding quality hotels, and we always find owners and employees, ready to come up against our requests. Mi è stato detto che mi sarebbe stato inviato un preventivo il giorno seguente e, a distanza di una settimana, non avendo ricevuto alcun riscontro, ho chiamato per avere informazioni. Con grande sorpresa sono stata trattata in modo sbrigativo e poco professionale e, dopo aver ricevuto delle scusanti per questo disservizio assolutamente ridicole, mi e' stato detto di arrangiarmi in altro modo. Scarsa professionalità e poca correttezza.
I contacted the company by phone to purchase products. I was told that I would be sent a quote the next day and, after a week away, not having received any reply, I called to get information. With great surprise I was treated so dismissive and unprofessional and, after receiving this utterly ridiculous excuses for poor service, I 'was told to make do otherwise. Poor professionalism and poor fairness.
