B	Buongustai&Ristoranti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale sito in un incrocio di passaggio strategico nella zona di Ariccia, Castelli Romani, zona rinomata per le sue tipiche fraschette e soprattutto per la sua famosa porchetta. Abbiamo mangiato in uno dei tanti tavoli del loro piacevole ampio spazio all'aperto. Il cameriere che ci ha serviti, visibilmente navigato del mestiere, ha dimostrato gentilezza, compostezza e simpatia allo stesso tempo. Atmosfera e arredamento positivamente semplici e genuini come da nostra aspettativa. I piatti da noi degustati rivelano una cucina genuina che non ricorre a troppi voli pindarici dal punto di vista della preparazione. La materia prima ci è sembrata di buona qualità, grazie anche a prodotti locali che già di loro aiutano ad apprezzarli sul piatto. Amatriciana media ma comunque apprezzabile, sapori giusti senza gli eccessi che ci si potrebbe aspettare in quella zona senza conoscere il locale. Il tiramisù non ci è sembrato fatto in casa, potremmo sbagliarci ma a prescindere da questo a nostro gusto è stata l'unica cosa che abbiamo gradito meno. Prezzo accessibile in linea con la tipologia di ristorante, rapporto qualità-prezzo giusto. Local located in a strategic crossroads in the area of Ariccia, Castelli Romani, an area renowned for its typical fraschette and above all for its famous porchetta. We ate at one of the many tables in their pleasant large outdoor space. The waiter who served us, visibly experienced in the trade, showed kindness, composure and sympathy at the same time. Positively simple and genuine atmosphere and furnishings as per our expectation. The dishes we tasted reveal a genuine cuisine that does not resort to too many fancy flights from the point of view of preparation. The raw material seemed to us of good quality, thanks also to local products that already help them to appreciate them on the plate. Average Amatriciana but still appreciable, right flavors without the excesses that one might expect in that area without knowing the place. The tiramisu did not seem homemade, we could be wrong but regardless of this to our taste it was the only thing we liked less. Affordable price in line with the type of restaurant, fair value for money.

Il cibo buono bello l'impiattamento consiglio come dolce crostata fichi e noci che a me personalmente è piaciuta molto. Prezzo in linea con gli altri ristoranti non caro. Bella esperienza consiglio . Pleasant and hospitable place, friendly and professional staff a note of merit to Mrs. Alessia who served us making us feel at home. The food is good, the dish is nice and I recommend it as a dessert tart with figs and walnuts, which I personally liked very much. Price in line with other restaurants not expensive. Nice experience I recommend.

L'ultima volta è stato lo scorso settembre e ho mangiato un bel piatto di tonnarelli all'amatriciana e una tagliata di manzo con funghi porcini. Entrambe le pietanze buonissime, personale gentile e locale molto accogliente con parcheggio interno. Prezzi nella media. I have been to you twice and have always eaten very well. Tavoli all’aperto per una consumazione self service, sia al chiuso da trattoria. Personale simpatico e alla mano. Prodotti ottimi. Abbiamo mangiato un panino con porchetta e cicoria che definirlo panino è un peccato mortale. In effetti era più simile a una mini pagnotta casereccia, ma va bene così. Mozzarella di bufala: TOP!
