Essendo la prima volta ( è sempre pieno e conviene prenotare con buon anticipo) abbiamo preso diversi piatti per cercare di valutate il posto.
Provata Gricia tartufata buonissima .
Filetto al pepe verde morbido e saporitissimo .
Chi ha provato la Pinsa ha mangiato un ottimo Suppli al telefono ( quelli con la mozzarella filante ) e Pinsa buonissima ben cotta e dall' impasto leggero a lunga lievitazione.
Dolce della casa ( sbriciolata alla nutella )caffè e amaro.
Abbiamo speso il giusto e il proprietario come il resto dei camerieri girano per i tavoli in modo conviviale senza mai essere di disturbo.
Sapori romani annaffiata da vino dei castelli.
Consigliato per una serata all'insegna della cucina romana.
