I have been coming to buy Moraiolo extra virgin olive oil at Frantoio Speranza in Giano dell'Umbria for 20 years and I can guarantee that, thanks to the strictly local quality of the olive and the brand new machinery that guarantee perfect cold pressing and excellent cleaning , is among the best in the area. Ottime e a buon prezzo anche le confezioni regalo e veramente "inedito" l'olio aromatizzato al limone da abbinare con il pesce. P	Pagliox5791 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio gruppo di bikers ci siamo combinati domenica 24 novembre a passare con le nostre mountain bike presso Giano dell'Umbria dove era situato Il Frantoio Speranza vedendo molte macchine parcheggiate lungo la strada ci siamo avvicinati allo stabile e abbiamo potuto usufruire di una degustazione gratuita che proponevano quel giorno. Un olio ottimo e di qualità disgustato con bruschette cotti al punto giusto corredate da crostini di patè di olive nere e patè di olive verdi in più un'ottima zuppa di ceci cotta al coccio. Abbiamo molto gradito la qualità e l'ospitalità del posto ed abbiamo colto anche l'occasione per prendere qualche litro d'olio nostrano. Me and my group of bikers we combined Sunday November 24th to go with our mountain bikes to Giano dell'Umbria where Il Frantoio Speranza was located seeing many cars parked along the road we approached the building and we were able to take advantage of a tasting they offered for free that day. An excellent quality oil disgusted with bruschetta cooked to the right point accompanied by croutons of black olives patè and green olive patè in addition an excellent chickpea soup cooked in the crock. We have greatly appreciated the quality and hospitality of the place and we have also taken the opportunity to take a few liters of Italian oil.
L	Luciano Sciarrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande famiglia molto unita e laboriosa.Ospitalita' eccellente durante la manifestazione Mangiaunta......mi hanno fatto assaggiare 3 tipologie di olio....2 monocultivar e 1 derivante dalla frangitura di piu tipi di olive inoltre il bravissimo Lorenzo ,figlio dei proprietari,ha preparato una zuppa di ceci buonissima Great family, very united and hardworking.Excellent hospitality during the Mangiaunta event ...... they made me taste 3 types of oil .... 2 monocultivar and 1 deriving from the pressing of several types of olives, also the very good Lorenzo, son of the owners, has prepared a very good chickpea soup
