I only tasted the oil from the last season. Extraordinary, frank, irresistible. You eat it with bread like many (not me) eat Nutella!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola società aderenti coltivatori di uve ed olivo del Comune di Frisa in Abruzzo ..CH.. questo Frantoio è nato + di 50 anni fà, ed è rimasto con la sua tradizione di macinare l'ulivo con macine a Pietra. La spremitura è fatta con presse idrauliche tradizionali,ed l'impasto macinato viene posto su un composta di " vriscole " così chiamate x la loro particolarità di far passare l'olio.
Small company belonging to grape and olive growers of the Municipality of Frisa in Abruzzo ..CH .. this Frantoio was born + 50 years ago, and has remained with its tradition of grinding the olive tree with stone millstones. The squeezing is done with traditional hydraulic presses, and the ground dough is placed on a compound of "vriscole" so called x their particularity of letting the oil pass.
