A	Antonino Gemma Artista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che vengo in questo frantoio e non è mai accaduto nessun inconveniente, oggi ho visto rovinare a terra le olive che in eccedenza venivano esageratamente messe nel bins colmo e stra pieno, incapace di contenerle tutte. La Mancanza di bins in quel momento ha indotto i dipendenti del frantoio a esagerare nel riempirli. Ho fatto molto fatica a raccogliere le olive e vederle disperse nel piazzale mi ha fatto dispiacere e rabbia, sarebbe stato educato scusarsi e tutto sarebbe passato immediatamente. Al momento di pagare ho fatto presente dell'accaduto, presumo ai titolari, subito è nato un contraddittorio acceso. La risposta alla mia osservazione è la seguente: questi abbiamo trovato, non hanno reddito di cittadinanza e sono maleducati. Capisco, ma neanche i titolari mi hanno porto prontamente le scuse, forse in una azienda I dipendenti a qualsiasi titolo non fanno capo al titolare e non è lui il responsabile? Sul bigliettino della pesa trovo indicato il valore della tara, non avendo potuto svuotare tutte le mie cassette di olive per il motivo su citato, una è stata messa in cima e pesato tutto insieme. Non avendo mai controllato questo valore della tara, preso dalla delusione per come andava il rapporto cliente frantoio, ho chiesto informazione su i kg espressi in tara a cosa corrispondevano considerato anche la presenza della cassetta. La risposta pronta è stata: "ma non sei andato a scuola" con tono offensivo e sprezzante credo sarebbe stato sufficiente dire che quel valore corrispondeva sia al bins che al peso della cassetta. Comunque questa situazione mi ha fatto comprendere che il bins a loro dire pesa 28Kg e che per loro comodità lo valutano a tutti 30Kg, in una campagna olearia è una buona resa, che ne pensate considerato che fanno pagare fino all'ultimo grammo di peso delle olive per la molitura, giustamente. La mia cassetta vuota il peso assegnato dalla bilancia è di 3 Kg, aggiungendo i 2 Kg in eccedenza di Tara del bins, deduco che a vuoto la mia cassetta pesa 5Kg, forse non è di plastica ma di piombo. A mio parere il frantoio è uno dei migliori, peccato per l'inconveniente di cui sono stato vittima, le scuse al cliente sono d'obbligo e lui che ti porta gli Euro, maggiormente se egli è un cliente rispettoso e no va offeso neppure sotto stress. In questo mese sono due volte che porto le olive dopo il pagamento non è seguito mai lo scontrino.
