★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spesso siamo portati ad esaltare eccellenze di altri territori, decantando lodi è virtù altrui, ma credo che sia giusto anche guardaci attorno per poter dire c'è l'abbiamo anche noi. Il nostro territorio oggi brilla per una struttura imponente, unica nel suo genere, un frantoio quello del “Principe Paviro” dove troverete , serietà , professionalità, gentilezza ed un team di persone competenti, ma soprattutto persone che col lavoro quotidiano dei campi hanno realizzato un frantoio di cui Torremaggiore dev'essere fiera di averlo. Credetemi non è da tutti realizzare una struttura del genere, ma credo che siano in molti ad invidiarla, io invece ne tesso le lodi , perché ho trovato ciò che ho sempre ricercato, correttezza, serietà, ma soprattutto un frantoio dove le nostre olive danno origine ad un olio unico nel suo genere.
