★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This oil is not just a typical Apulian product, it's a full experience. The family-owned olive oil mill is just 10 minutes away from the seaside and 5 from the centre of Fasano.
If you wish, the staff (some also speak English, French and Spanish) will let you inside the lab and see how the oil is carefully bottled and delivered.
The shop is full of antique tools for producing and consuming the famous Apulian extra virgin olive oil. You can also let you kids play in the playground among centuries-old olive trees.
Absolutely worth a go!
