Quando ti spiega il processo di trasformazione e di lavorazione delle olive leggi nei suoi occhi quella passione nel far accadere le cose che non è scontato trovare. Ho avuto la fortuna di visitare il frantoio, il cuore operativo della società, un vero e proprio laboratorio con macchine di ultima generazione. Nel tour il titolare mi ha fatto degustare le eccellenze prodotte, l’olio non veniva preso dalle bottiglie ma direttamente alla fonte...un’esperienza più unica che rara.
Consiglio vivamente le eccellenze prodotte dal frantoio Zavaglia ma consiglio ancora di più una visita come la mia. Toccate con mano il prodotto, il cuore e la professionalità del titolare.
 Extremely competent and professional owner. When he explains the process of transformation and processing of olives, you can see in his eyes that passion for making things happen that cannot be taken for granted. I was lucky enough to visit the oil mill, the operational heart of the company, a real laboratory with the latest generation machines. During the tour the owner made me taste the excellences produced, the oil was not taken from the bottles but directly from the source ... a more unique than rare experience.
I highly recommend the excellences produced by the Zavaglia mill but I recommend a visit like mine even more. Touch the product, the heart and the professionalism of the owner.
