Qui si produce l'olio di "Crasta" che non ha eguali per caratteristiche organolettiche. Il suo colore smeraldino verde intenso, il suo sapore piccante e i suoi decisi sentori, cosiccome l'alta percentuale di polifenoli, fanno di questo olio un vero gioiello del territorio.
