Sono stato accolto con cortesia e professionalità da Chiara che mi ha fatto vedere il vasto campionario di sedie. Mi ha consigliato una sedia da cucina tradizionale ma con una laccatura speciale. Convinto ho ordinato sei sedie. La consegna è stata veloce e il risultato molto bello. Le sedie sono bellissime, massicce, in legno e con una colorazione particolare che mi pienamente soddisfatto. Una ultima cosa: ho trovato il prezzo molto interessante. Grazie. I made a serious purchase from Franchi for the first time. I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism by Chiara who showed me the vast collection of chairs. He recommended a traditional kitchen chair but with a special lacquering. Convinced I ordered six chairs. The delivery was fast and the result was very nice. The chairs are beautiful, massive, made of wood and with a particular coloration that fully satisfied me. One last thing: I found the price very attractive. Thank you.
m	mario vento on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto, proprio adesso, poggiando le mie chi@ppe su una loro sedia; ne abbiamo ordinato sei per una cucina/salone ai primi di giugno e purtroppo ai primi di luglio nn erano ancora pronte e quindi, a causa della nostra assenza estiva, tutto è stato rimandato a inizio settembre. La signora è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito delle precise indicazioni su quali aspetti avremmo dovuto considerare e a cui dare una certa priorità. Ci ha dato pure la possibilità, una volta scelto il tipo di sedia, di portare il telaio con una piccola porzione di tessuto del colore voluto, per capire se nell'insieme la sedia completa si adattasse all'ambiente. Nn lo abbiamo fatto ma è un servizio in più che nn tutti offrono. Le sedie ci sono subito piaciute e sembrano parecchio solide, inizialmente un po' dure, le stiamo "addolcendo" con le maniere forti. Colore telaio e tessuto pienamente rispettato e ben si adatta all'arredo. Forse nn sono proprio bassi i prezzi (100€ a sedia compresa imbottitura e IVA) ma hai una notevole scelta e credo anche una buona qualità; questo però ce lo confermeranno i nostri ...ci siam capiti. I'm, right now, resting my chi @ ppe on their chair; we ordered six for a kitchen / salon in early June and unfortunately in early July they were not yet ready and therefore, due to our summer absence, everything was postponed to the beginning of September. The lady was very kind and gave us precise indications on what aspects we should have considered and to which to give a certain priority. He also gave us the possibility, once we chose the type of chair, to bring the frame with a small portion of the fabric of the desired color, to understand if the whole chair fits the environment as a whole. We didn't do it but it is an extra service that everyone offers. We immediately liked the chairs and they look pretty solid, initially a bit harsh, we are "softening" them with strong manners. Fully respected frame and fabric color and well suited to furnishing. Maybe nn the prices are really low (100 € per chair including padding and VAT) but you have a remarkable choice and I think also a good quality; but this will be confirmed by our ... we understand each other.

Ditta seria, che cerca di soddisfare appieno il cliente, non solo nel gusto ma soprattutto nelle tempistiche, nonostante molte volte non dipenda da loro. Servizio completo, ottimo lavoro anche dei dipendenti e montatori, molto precisi. Si vede che c'è passione in quello che fanno!! BRAVI!!!
