Delia un quesito in ordine alla legittimità di una delibera assembleare con la richiesta di un parere in ordine alla sua eventuale possibile impugnazione. Nel breve arco di tempo di un paio di giorni ho ricevuto una risposta puntuale, dettagliata e d esauriente, il tutto a titolo totalmente gratuito. Davvero meritevole di un encomio.
Through my husband, I submitted a question to Dr. Delia regarding the legitimacy of a shareholders' resolution with the request for an opinion regarding its possible possible appeal. In the short span of a couple of days I received a prompt, detailed and exhaustive reply, all completely free of charge. Really deserving of a commendation.
