★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato e aggressivo. Entro con mia moglie che non parla ancora italiano, il proprietario mi avvisa che non può avere più di due persone in negozio per regole covid. Mia moglie esce immediatamente e decidiamo di aspettare finché l'altra cliente non ha finito. A questo punto il proprietario mi dice che se dovesse arrivare un altro cliente, mia moglie deve uscire di nuovo immediatamente ( notare che non c'era nessun altro in fila) A questo punto rinuncio, faccio per uscire e vengo verbalmente aggredito a voce alta da questo personaggio sul fatto che le regole non le fa lui e che forse io non sono al corrente della situazione sanitaria. Ovviamente lo sono. ( infatti siamo entrati entrambi con le mascherine). Avrò pure il diritto di andarmene in pace senza farmi gridare dietro dopo che lui si è rifiutato di agevolarci o no?
Rude and aggressive staff. I enter with my wife who does not yet speak Italian, the owner warns me that he cannot have more than two people in the shop due to covid rules. My wife leaves immediately and we decide to wait until the other client has finished. At this point the owner tells me that if another customer arrives, my wife must go out again immediately (note that there was no one else in the queue) At this point I give up, I go out and I am verbally attacked out loud by this character on the fact that he does not make the rules and that perhaps I am not aware of the health situation. Obviously they are. (in fact we both entered with masks). Will I even have the right to go away in peace without being shouted after after he refused to help us or not?

Ottima carne, compro spesso bistecche, arrosti, rosticciana, macinato, carne da brodo e non c'è stata una sola volta che la carne non fosse di qualità. Ottimi anche i tortelli lucchesi fatti da loro, polpette e spiedini. La carne è gustosa e tenera qualità superiore, il personale è gentile e sempre con un sorriso, cosa non così scontata in questo periodo. 5 stelle super!
Franceschini has now become my trusted butcher! Excellent meat, I often buy steaks, roasts, rotisserie, minced meat, broth and there has not been a single time that the meat was not of quality. The tortelli from Lucca made by them, meatballs and skewers are also excellent. The meat is tasty and tender, superior quality, the staff is kind and always with a smile, which is not so obvious in this period. Super 5 stars!
