Vorrei fare un piccolo appello alla signora Loredana Rocchitelli che io personalmente non conosco..ma non è che vi siete sbagliati negozio di atlier?
Personalmente sono 10 anni che io vado a spendere da Francesca oltre ai capi bellissimi e stupendo di gran classe la vedo come una persona semplice disponibile educata e sempre sorridente .
Il suo personale educati splendidi e soppratutto fantastici.
La signora Loredana è stata molto offensiva e maleducata io ci tornerò molto presto per comprare dei vai per un matrimonio a dicembre.
In abbraccio a tutto lo staff e sopratutto alla signora Formi.

I would like to make a small appeal to Mrs. Loredana Rocchitelli that I personally do not know .. but isn't it that you were wrong shop atlier?
Personally, I have been going to spend 10 years at Francesca's in addition to the beautiful and wonderful clothes of great class, I see her as a simple person, available, polite and always smiling.
His staff were splendid and above all fantastic.
Mrs. Loredana was very offensive and rude I will be back very soon to buy some go for a wedding in December.
In hug to all the staff and especially to Mrs. Formi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, non classificabile. Non volevo proprio entrarci perché già le vetrine non rientrano nei miei gusti. Ci vado su consiglio di amiche ma non ci metterò mai più piede. Antipatica, maleducata, senza modi. Decisamente non sanno vendere!!! Ecco il motivo per il quale a Trani non funziona mai nulla, squadrare dall'alto al basso qualcuno e giudicare dall'apparenza (da premettere ero vestita con pantaloni, sneakers e canotta). Commessa incompetente!!!!! Continuerò con le cattive recensioni!!!!
Bad experience, unclassifiable. I just didn't want to go into it because the windows don't fit my tastes. I go there on the advice of friends but I will never set foot there again. Unfriendly, rude, without manners. They definitely don't know how to sell !!! This is the reason why nothing ever works in Trani, squaring someone from top to bottom and judging by appearance (to start with I was dressed in pants, sneakers and tank top). Incompetent saleswoman !!!!! I will continue with the bad reviews !!!!
