L’ho riportata chiedendo che finissero di pulirla: hanno rifatto la pulizia interna e, non richiesta, anche quella esterna (immaginavo per scusarsi).
Alla fine mi hanno chiesto di pagare DI NUOVO la pulizia degli interni e, in aggiunta, quella esterna; quando gli ho fatto notare l’equivoco non hanno battuto ciglio e anzi si sono alterati con me finchè non li ho pagati.
Anzichè spendere 5€ ne ho spesi 15€, ho perso un mucchio di tempo e mi sono anche sentito urlare addosso.
Non ci torneró mai più.
I only asked for the interior to be cleaned, but they returned it to me dirty exactly as before, except for having slammed the mats.
I brought it back asking them to finish cleaning it: they redid the internal cleaning and, not required, also the external one (I imagined to apologize).
In the end they asked me to pay AGAIN for the cleaning of the interior and, in addition, the external one; when I pointed out the misunderstanding they did not bat an eyelid and on the contrary they altered with me until I paid them.
Instead of spending € 5 I spent € 15, I lost a lot of time and I even heard myself scream at me.
I will never go back there.
