L	Luca Sangalli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato come professionista da loro a fine gennaio i seguenti particolari: 2 sedili completi di staffe, parafanghi al metro, snorkel, pedane alluminio, mozzo + volante sportivo, 4 ammortizzatori +5cm e 1 fanale posteriore. I ragazzi in assistenza devo dire che sono molto disponibili, anche il titolare è stato sempre disponibile. Se posso permettermi aggiusterei i tempi di consegna indicati sul sito (2-5 giorni lavorativi) e darei indicazioni più precise al cliente perché nel mio caso ero convinto di ricevere tutto ma una volta aperto il pacco mi accorgevo che mancava sempre qualcosa. Nel mio caso avrei voluto una maggior comunicazione in quanto il mezzo non era il mio ma di un cliente, di conseguenza la data di spedizione e di consegna cambiava continuamente e il mio cliente giustamente si spazientiva. Si sono comunque scusati e ho apprezzato. Ad oggi dopo diverse spedizioni mancano ancora snorkel e pedane in alluminio ma sono sicuro che procederanno a rimborso in tempi celeri in quanto non sono ancora disponibili. Piccolo problema con le guide sedili in quanto mi hanno mandato delle guide adatte ad un mezzo dell’anno successivo al mio (nonostante l’avessi specificato) e successivamente mi hanno comunicato che avrei dovuto adattarle bucando il fondo dell’auto. Ho preferito costruirle da zero utilizzando i fori originali e mandarle indietro, sono sicuro che anche per quelle procederanno a rimborso in tempi consoni. La qualità dei ricambi è molto buona e complessivamente è un’azienda con buone potenzialità. The guys in assistance I must say are very helpful, even the owner was always available. If I can afford I would adjust the delivery times indicated on the site (2-5 working days) and give more precise information to the customer because in my case I was convinced that I would receive everything but once the package was opened I realized that something was always missing. In my case I would have liked more communication as the vehicle was not mine but that of a customer, consequently the shipping and delivery date was constantly changing and my customer was rightly impatient. They apologized anyway and I appreciated it. To date, after several expeditions there are still no snorkel and aluminum platforms but I am sure they will proceed with a refund quickly as they are not yet available. Small problem with the seat guides as they sent me guides suitable for a vehicle of the year following mine (despite having specified it) and subsequently they informed me that I would have to adapt them by piercing the bottom of the car. I preferred to build them from scratch using the original holes and send them back, I'm sure that even those will be refunded in an appropriate time.
