L'azienda con le diverse competenze in essa presenti a cominciare dalla Sig. Patrizia, è stata un validissimo supporto alla concretizzazione del mio progetto, proponendo soluzioni all'avanguardia e aziende di riferimento internazionali che sono state motivo di un maggior convincimento per la realizzazione l'impianto. La Sopim, attenta ad ogni necessità del cliente, con l'ausilio di tecnici specializzati per l'istallazione avvalendosi anche di efficaci sistemi di sicurezza per l'istallazione e rispettando perfettamente le tempistiche previste, hanno realizzato un impianto perfetto in ogni dettaglio, come era stato descritto nella fase progettuale. A ciò c'è solo da aggiungere che, in un mercato in continua evoluzione, per soluzioni, tecniche e prezzi, offrono spesso alle azienda che realizzano l'impianto facili scappatoie per sottrarsi a quanto proposto in fase di progetto. Ebbene la SOPIM è, per la mia esperienza, una delle rare eccezioni che offrono al cliente professionalità, esperienza ed assistenza per ogni aspetto da intraprendere, ed il tutto ad un prezzo “CONCORRENZIALE”. The company with the different skills present in it starting from Mr. Patrizia, was a very valid support to the realization of my project, proposing cutting-edge solutions and international reference companies that were a reason for greater conviction for the realization of the plant. Sopim, attentive to every customer's need, with the help of specialized technicians for the installation, also making use of effective safety systems for the installation and perfectly respecting the foreseen timelines, have created a perfect system in every detail, as it was was described in the design phase. To this it is only necessary to add that, in a constantly evolving market, for solutions, techniques and prices, they often offer companies that build the system easy loopholes to escape from what was proposed in the design phase. Well, in my experience, SOPIM is one of the rare exceptions that offer the customer professionalism, experience and assistance for every aspect to be undertaken, and all at a "COMPETITIVE" price. La Sig.ra Patrizia, prima persona conosciuta dell'Azienda Sopim da me contattata, ha illustrato esaurientemente il funzionamento dell'impianto fotovoltaico e, nel momento dell'offerta, ha indicato la migliore soluzione tecnica alle mie esigenze. L'ing. Giovanni ha seguito, con specifica preparazione amministrativa e tecnica, l'attuazione della fornitura avvenuta nei tempi previsti e l'avvio dell'impianto. Fabio e i suoi collaboratori, tutti installatori rifiniti, si sono distinti per la scrupolosità e la precisione della messa in opera dei pannelli e delle apparecchiature che compongono l'impianto e hanno anche presenziato e assistito la Società Areti durante l'allaccio alla rete elettrica. M	Massimiliano Salerno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho installato un impianto fotovoltaico da 5,8kw, installazione senza problemi, tecnici cordiali e tutto installato correttamente, anche se alla fine dopo tanti calcoli non mi sembra che abbiano installato nel punto del tetto con più sole, ma in quello più comodo per loro. La gestione dell'assistenza è invece disastrosa, per quanto riguarda la richiesta di collegamento sono andati molto lenti, la richiesta è stata fatta molto tardi dopo l'installazione dei pannelli, già l'operazione di allaccio è lunga se non è immediato l'inizio della pratica, ma si aspetta più di un mese per farla, i tempi si allungano senza alcun motivo. Gestione al quanto negativa, chiesti dati tramite email mai arrivata (metà agosto), ricontatto dopo un mese per chiedere lumi (sempre tramite email), le chiamate forse si fanno solo per prendere il cliente, tempo perso inutilmente, ma chiaramente questo è un problema solo del cliente. Speravo di poter aggiornare positivamente il commento, invece lo devo fare al contrario. Mi era stato detto che potevo verificare i consumi in uscita, invece ho scoperto che ci vuole un apparecchio per farlo, che chiaramente non hanno installato e non mi hanno neanche detto che si poteva installare. Il tecnico che è venuto aveva fretta di andare quindi acceso l'impianto non l'ha provato, quindi le successive domande le ho dovute fare dopo al telefono. Esperienza negativa purtroppo sino alla fine. Da dire che i tecnici che hanno fatto l'installazione son stati invece bravi, hanno fatto tutto con molta precisione e sono stati professionali per fortuna. The technician who came was in a hurry to go and then turned on the system he did not try it, so I had to ask the next questions over the phone. Unfortunately negative experience until the end. To say that the technicians who made the installation were instead good, they did everything with great precision and luckily they were professional.

Dopo averli installati i "geniali" ingegneri dell'Azienda si sono resi conto che non funzionavano correttamente perchè avevano assemblato elementi tra loro incompatibili. Ho atteso un anno perchè ponessero rimedio installando elementi in sostituzione. Dalla sostituzione sono trascorsi altri 18 mesi durante i quali ho invocato INVANO assistenza e monitoraggio per verificare il funzionamento ancora una volta anomalo degli impianti. Errare è umano, perseverare è però inaccettabile. Tre anni, dico tre anni, di inqualificabili disservizi, inesistenti e insensibili ai più elementari obblighi contrattuali. Alla fine ho dovuto incaricare un Avvocato per citarli in giudizio presso il Tribunale di Roma. Un esperienza TERRIFICANTE I bought three photovoltaic systems from the SOPIM company.
