★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per informazioni chiedendo se facessero fototessere per documenti, non sono di Bari, era un'urgenza, sono stati scortesi, mi hanno risposto: "Non facciamo queste cose" (come se avessi chiesto qualcosa di scandaloso) e mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia senza darmi la possibilità di chiedere ulteriori informazioni.
 I called for information asking if they were ID photos for documents, they are not from Bari, it was urgent, they were rude, they replied: "We don't do these things" (as if I had asked for something scandalous) and they closed my phone in my face without giving me the opportunity to request further information.
