★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non si possa mettere 0! Ho ordinato il 15 dicembre e pagato 10€ di spedizione in modo da essere sicuro che arrivasse tutto prima di natale (sul sito assicuravano l arrivo prima del 25 per gli ordini effettuati entro il 18).
Be' che dire è il 29 dicembre e a quanto pare e partito solo oggi.
In piuho mandato 4 e-mail per avere chiarimenti e non sono stato mai considerato.
Non si sono scusati non hanno proposto un rimborso o altro!

Too bad you can't put 0! I ordered on December 15th and paid € 10 for shipping in order to be sure everything arrived before Christmas (on the website they guaranteed arrival before 25th for orders placed by 18th).
Well what about December 29th and apparently he only left today.
