Moltissime persone guardano gli orari di apertura su questa applicazione, si dovrebbe tenerli aggiornati o rispettarli o si fa perdere una marea di tempo ai clienti. Mi sono state montate le pellicole offrendomi uno sconto notevole senza garanzia ufficiale 3M. Accetto. Quando il montatore se n'è andato ho notato un taglio piuttosto grande sulla pellicola, ed una bolla d'aria in un'altra. Ho richiamato facendo presente il problema ma il tecnico ha subito messo in dubbio di chi fosse la colpa. Dopo una telefonata in cui mi diceva che avrebbe risolto la questione cercando di recuperare del materiale da scarti di altri lavori, il signore in questione Ceccarini Andrea, è scomparso. Ho tentato molti altri contatti ai quali mi è stato risposto con settimane di ritardo, infine, dopo ben 6 mesi mi risponde che gratuitamente non sarebbe venuto a fare niente perchè le pellicole ERANO MONTATE E FACEVANO IL LORO LAVORO. Sono schifata. Da evitare come la peste. NB: ho ancora tutta la conversazione su whatsapp con il "signore" in questione. scandalous Bad. Non-professional. I had contact with Fotomoderna in Urbino as I was looking for 3M window films. The films have been assembled offering me a considerable discount without official 3M guarantee. I accept. Ho chiesto spiegazioni ma oltre a non avermi fatto avere le foto che chiedevo, ad un certo punto non mi hanno più risposto. Inoltre mi hanno fatto compilare un form per la ricevuta che però non mi hanno inviato. Mi dispiace ma mi aspettavo più professionalità. Bad graduation service. Ovviamente il tutto pagato in contanti in anticipo. Truffa? Non so cosa pensare...oltre al dispiacere x una cosa così importante alla quale tenevamo tanto... They had to send me graduation photos and videos within 3/4 days, 20 have passed and still nothing. Despite phone calls and messages to which they do not answer.
