Sono andato via subito, ci fa perdere il tempo,consiglio vivamente di non andarci. I stayed there and waited 10 minutes. He didn't even ask what was needed. Oltre al fatto che in un giorno mi hanno fatto passare dal negozio almeno 5 volte per poi andare via a mani vuote.. Non ho mai visto così tanta strafottenza da nessuna parte. Sicuramente non tornerò nemmeno per acquistare una cornice. --------- Alla consegna delle foto ho chiesto uno sconto per il disguido causato per mancata consegna, infine il responsabile del punto vendita per scusarsi me le ha gentilmente regalate. Ho apprezzato davvero il gesto anche perché mi è stato dato in omaggio un buono per una foto 20x30. Grazie I put a star because I can't put zero. R	Rossella Mari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E si fa pure chiamare fotografo gli ho portato delle foto da duplicare e mi ha perso gli originali e le copie che mi ha consegnato non erano nemmeno fatte bene, addirittura in una foto mancava mezza persona quando gli ho detto che mancava la madrina nella foto mi son sentita dire può essere che c'era..??? no era andata in bagno.....una cosa vergognosa mai mai più... quelli che lo lodano li pagherà .. cambia insegna e metti una con la scritta il fotografo lo faccio a tempo perso... Sconsiglio caldamente di rivolgersi a questo negozio per lo sviluppo di rullini, e mi limito a recensire questo dal momento che non ho usufruito degli altri servizi. Ho portato il mio rullino ad inizio settembre 2021 e dopo varie telefonate e sollecitazioni ho scoperto solo a dicembre 2021 che era stato smarrito (che da come ho letto da altre recensioni non sembra essere un'evento così poco comune). Il negozio non effettua lo sviluppo da sé ma consegna tramite corriere i rullini ad uno studio esterno, e mi è stato detto dal responsabile dello studio esterno che non vi è alcun sistema di tracciamento dell'ordine, quindi di fatto non è possibile stabilire se sia stata colpa del negozio, del corriere o dello studio di sviluppo. Resta il fatto che oltre al grande dispiacere di aver perso delle fotografie che non potranno essere recuperate in alcun modo, ho aspettato dei tempi biblici per avere una risposta su dove fosse finito il mio ordine.
