★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante avessi portato un file già in formato foto tessera pronto per essere stampato, mi hanno fatto pagare come se avessi usufruito del servizio foto tessera comprensivo di scatto, ossia 7 euro al posto del prezzo di una singola foto di un euro. Quando ho fatto le mie rimostranze, non solo non mi hanno rimborsata (visto che ho chiesto la stampa per due bambini, quindi in tutto mi hanno fatto pagare 14 euro al posto di 2), bensì mi hanno fatto spallucce. Altro che una stella, se potessi gliene darei 0.
Although I had brought a file already in passport photo format ready to be printed, they charged me as if I had used the passport photo service including snapshot, ie 7 euros instead of the price of a single photo of one euro.
