★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per stampare una foto e la signora è stata veramente indisponente : intanto non ha mai soldi spicci e bisogna andare in giro a farseli cambiare, le ho chiesto di ritagliarmi gentilmente la foto e oltre ad averlo fatto scocciatissima, ha anche sbagliato completamente le misure. Offrire un servizio non basta, bisogna anche saper trattare con il cliente e lei farebbe meglio a raffinarsi perché così continuerà solo a perdere clienti.
