★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi saranno anche concorrenziali, ma l'attenzione e il rispetto per il cliente non esistono: torno in negozio 5 volte in una settimana per ritirare un ordine a cui ogni volta viene posticipata la data di consegna. Non solo non sono mai stata avvisata, ma non hanno mai risposto al numero di telefono fisso, né tanto meno ai messaggi, che venivano solo visualizzati. Mi sono ritrovata così con un prodotto annullato il pomeriggio prima di quando mi servisse: oltre il danno anche la beffa perché sono costretta a tornare in negozio, per la sesta volta, a ritirare il mio rimborso. Pessimi e ingiustificabili.

Not only have I never been notified, but they have never answered the landline number, much less the messages, which were only displayed. I found myself like this with a product canceled the afternoon before I needed it: in addition to the damage, I got the joke because I have to go back to the shop, for the sixth time, to collect my refund. Bad and unjustifiable.
