Dovevo fare foto per nuova carta d'identità, mi viene detto che posso tenere gli occhiali. Ovviamente una volta in comune mi hanno rimandato a fare le foto.
Non credo proprio ci ritornerò, poco gradevole anche la permanenza all'interno
Tried once.
I had to take photos for new ID card, I am told I can keep the glasses. Obviously, once in common they sent me back to take pictures.
I do not think I will return there, even the stay inside is not very pleasant

Signora, capisco l'età ma si dia una calmata.
So, the first time I went there, the lady was very kind and thoughtful.
The second time (telling her the photos were wrong) she practically ripped the photos in my face.
Bad service! Never again!
