Mi ha seguito una signora molto distinta ed elegante e con il sorriso stampato sulle labbra. Davvero bel negozio in tutto e anche molto fornito di gadjet. Tutto perfetto se non fosse che due foto su tre avevano un errore di stampa , un cerchietto giallo che nella foto originale non era presente… sono tornata e le ha ristampate un’altra volta con lo stesso difetto! Alla fine ha dovuto utilizzare una stampante diversa per riuscire a fare una stampa decente e di qualità…in tutto questo sono stata trattata e salutata in malo modo per un lavoro fatto male! Ho chiesto gentilmente se potevo avere le foto da gettare per buttarle io stessa ed il proprietario mi ha risposto “se me le paghi si”…non ho davvero parole ! Poi ci lamentiamo se si utilizzano le app e si fa tutto online ! A mai più arrivederci !!!! If you could give 0 stars I would have done it ... I went in to print 3 photos for Father's Day. Everything was perfect except that two out of three photos had a printing error, a yellow circle that was not present in the original photo ... I came back and reprinted them again with the same defect! In the end she had to use a different printer to be able to make a decent and quality print… in all of this I was treated badly and hailed for a poorly done job! I politely asked if I could have the photos to throw away to throw them myself and the owner replied "if you pay me yes" ... I really have no words! Then we complain if you use the apps and do everything online! See you never again !!!!
